“Not all endings need to be happy; they just need to be meaningful, and this book delivered that.” — Xavi Lang Author of The Divine Dream of the Hara, and The Oranyn

“This is a work where family importance is expressed, passion and survival are tested, and will show you why love is such a complicated thing in this world where greed and lies are displayed with pride.” — Biblio

“I liked that the book allowed her to be messy and imperfect. Her love for her younger brother was one of the strongest parts of the story, and those scenes were the ones that hit me the most emotionally.” — Cosmo Reads

“The Immortal World language, yes, medyo mahirap basahin sa una pero nakakatuwa. Don’t worry, may English translation naman. The writing style? Chill lang, very readable. Hindi ka matetengga sa kakaisip kung anong ibig sabihin at anong nangyayari. You’ll know when it’s drama, flashback, or action scene. Smooth transitions.” — Mister Nobody

“Honestly, I love how the story has an imperfect FMC. The author showed how the real life could be for those unfortunate. Following the story of CC, where she was mistreated by her own grandma. And when she finally found someone who made her believe in love, hindi rin naging madali. It made me realized that love can sacrifice. I am not gonna lie, I cannot help to giggle and kick my feet with the interactions of Cassandra and Reid. Kudos to Miss Rea for making me feel blush, ang smooth lang pero nakakakilig yung ibang scenes. There was also times na nakaka-relate ako kasi I also experienced some of the encounters of Cassandra and Reid, before with my crush as in same na same scenario hahahaha. So, Miss Rea, plus points yun; alam na alam kung paano mahanap ang kiliti ng mga readers mo.” — Lav Montefalco

“Reading this book felt like watching a classic Filipino teleserye: full of drama, soulmate energy, rich boy–poor girl dynamics, and that ever-present “birthing mystery” twist. While Filipino media has slowly moved away from this formula, the story leans into it, giving off a nostalgic vibe that reminded me of the shows I grew up with. Czarina is a character you can’t help but root for. She’s loving, hardworking, and incredibly determined to rise above her struggles. I especially admired her unconditional love for her brother, Raf. Yes, she does cry a lot (like, A LOT 🙈😅), but it never made me like her any less. The story hooked me early on. I immediately connected with Czarina and found myself cheering for her from the first few pages. That’s why it hurt even more to see how things unfolded. Her relationship with Reid had so much potential. I was just starting to get butterflies when THAT moment happened, and it honestly felt a bit rushed. A few more light, happy, lovey-dovey scenes would’ve made their connection stronger and the emotional payoff even more devastating when things took a turn. I do wish we got to see more of Czarina simply being happy. She deserves it. Still, I loved how Raf, Melissa, and the rest of the cast surrounded her with so much love. The full-circle ending, especially with Czarina’s written masterpiece, was a really satisfying touch. P.S. Raf’s storyline following the epilogue was actually very interesting 💖” — The Chaotic Annotations

TEARS IN THE RAIN
Review on Fable
“Tears in the Rain by Rea Reyes is one of those stories that quietly pulls you in and stays with you long after you finish reading. The story beautifully explores love, loss, and deep emotions that feel incredibly real. What makes it special is how raw and genuine everything feels; the characters, their choices, and the way their feelings unfold. You can truly feel their longing, their struggles, and their love. The writing style is simple yet powerful. It doesn’t need overly complex words to make an impact because the emotions alone are enough. There are scenes that hit so deeply, you can’t help but pause and just feel everything. What really surprised me the most were the plot twists. I honestly didn’t expect them to be that painful. The story took turns I didn’t see coming, and it made the emotional experience even more intense in the best way possible. It’s the kind of pain that makes the story unforgettable. Final thoughts: This is perfect for readers who love stories about family, emotional, heartfelt stories that leave a lasting impact. It’s soft, heavy, and beautiful all at the same time.” — TJ Santos

“The setting of this book is beautiful. I love how the mortal and immortal world are described, it really does feel magical. However, medyo nakukulangan lang po ako konti or maybe kasi I was being distracted by the immortal world’s language, hehehe. I don’t know how to pronounce their words, lol, pero ang galing! This book is a good mixture of romance and fantasy. I did find some of the characters work a bit lacking, but I guess kasi mas nauna kong basahin itong book ll. But I was still immersed in this book. I still love the magic of the immortal world had, it was so vivid in my mind.” — Adila Kabemblan
